Spraytec Office //Remodel & Addition
We took this building from an old bank with a drive through teller window, to an office building that doubled in size and met the specific needs of the Spraytec team. One of the priorities of this design was to create a breakroom area that feels like you’ve left the office. They wanted to walk into this space and have it feel more relaxed, cozy and welcoming. By adding brick and custom millwork this large area, we added depth and softness to the walls so it felt completely different from the other spaces. We also leaned into more residential feeling furnishings and lighting in this space to create the feeling of a true break from the office. The main office is divided up between private offices and an open space for employees that are not permanently in-office. The large conference room needed to be multifunctional for team meetings as well as large conferences that they host partners from around the world. The floorplan was a fresh start keeping all of their needs in mind, and we were able to execute a space that prioritizes their functional needs as well as aesthetic goals that aligned with their branding and business vision. The reception desk was custom designed and built as a warm welcome and place for plenty of storage. The map on the wall represents their global brand and international partners and is a unique take on a large art installation. This building was taken down to the studs and we couldn’t be more proud of how we brought it back to life for it’s new owners.
